Bobby is an all around amazing human with an attitude that’s contagious. I would hire him over and over again. He posesses a wide range of skillsets, and with systems thinking, he’s able to dig into any problem or tool and master it quickly. His curosity, growth mindset and selflessness is so rare to find these days. In his most recent role at Vista, he was instrumental in building our Design Ops team from scratch focusing on the business ops and design program management space. He was an expert lead in setting up our tools and systems for the UX team and key in extracting the most value out of design through his support in creating a high-functioning psychological safe environments across several product teams.

In the past, I’ve had the honor of working with Bobby in Global Marketing, Creative, Digital and User Experience design space and he rocked every role. Bobby is all the things and I fully support him as a leader of whatever he chooses next and I promise you won’t be disappointed.

As a PM for proactive storytelling projects, Bobby assisted the team to navigate through multiple projects and was an integral part of our collaboration with the CX team and marketing social as we were expanding community voices to social through Meta IG and FB Stories.

 I want to take this opportunity to thank him for the enormous contributions he has made to the DCCM team and Dolby overall.  Bobby not only joined the DCCM team in a newly created role, but also, was asked to support a newly formed and quickly growing team.  Supporting the entire team was no small task, but Bobby took this challenge head-on with an entrepreneurial, solutions-oriented approach.  From the DCCM team portal, to new project tracking systems, to playbooks, Bobby has been instrumental to our success.

Bobby demonstrates continual commitment to the value “KEEP PROMISES” by helping the UX dept keep to a very complex budget and resourcing model. This is important for each member of the team to know what they are dedicated to and to what %. It is also important to management by keeping us informed through complex financial reporting regarding charge-backs, project budgets, and dedicated support to portals. Bobby handles it all with ease and understanding that we have all come to depend on! He is a much appreciated “behind the scenes” team member.
