Support leadership, Creative Leads, Program Managers & Producers in managing the operations of 150+ member internal Creative Organization & 4 creative agencies. Oversee creative execution for Retail advertisers in 6 retail verticals and internal business, delivering creative assets for 4.3k campaigns in FY25, including Video Services, and B2B creative asset development.

- Optimize Workfront: Align with evolving business needs, streamline processes, configure tools, and integrate automation with Workfront Fusion.
- Promote Team Collaboration: Enhance cross-functional communication.
- Refine Request Path: Simplify intake forms and update project templates for a more intuitive user experience.
